It is our privilege to work with over 1340 teachers and leaders in WCCUSD. In addition to partnering with district leaders and all WCCUSD principals, we facilitate intensive, site-based partnerships in three high schools--De Anza, El Cerrito, and Kennedy--and Montalvin Manor, a K-8 school. Throughout our WCCUSD partnerships, we support teachers and leaders to leverage the practice of Public Learning to deepen collegial trust, collaborative conversations, distributed leadership, and instructional change.
Teacher scholars in our cross-district groups benefit from the unique opportunity to learn deeply with colleagues from schools across their districts. Each group shares a focus - whether a content area, demographic group, or pedagogical lens - that drives shared understanding of how to positively impact student learning.
