Network Focus

In its second year of partnership, elementary principals are working together to connect student learning goals to the instructional leadership practices that will support teachers to reach those goals. This year, the community of practice will engage in collaborative inquiry focused on leading teacher learning in WCCUSD’s 4 key areas of focus for the year. Through this community of practice, principals will continue to develop their instructional leadership as they make plans grounded in data and work collaboratively to understand their impact, particularly for their marginalized learners.
