In its ninth year of partnership, the SEL Lead Learner Inquiry Group is a supported, structured space for the OUSD SEL Lead Learners, educators from elementary sites across OUSD, to understand and refine their leadership of SEL integration at their school sites. The SEL Lead Learners opt into a pathway that supports either school-wide SEL integration, fostering SEL mindsets and capacities in colleagues at sites, or collaborative inquiry into SEL curricula.

At the end of the 2021-22 school year, the SEL Lead Learners shared the impact the SEL Lead Learned Inquiry group has had on them and their students.
