In its first year of partnership with secondary English Language Development teachers, this cross site partnership is supporting designated ELD teachers of Long Term English Learners district wide. Through collaborative inquiry, secondary ELD teachers will be working together to answer the question: What does effective ELD instruction look like for Long Term ELL students. Meeting monthly, teachers will be designing their own inquiry questions rooted in their practices to grow as teachers of secondary ELD.
