In 2023-2024, Lead by Learning was honored to directly serve over 600 educators, coaches, site leaders, librarians, expanded learning leaders, and district leaders in 2 states, across 8 counties, and 13 districts. Our 25+ unique partnerships were designed to cultivate anti-racist communities of adult learners who engaged in collaborative inquiry practices and mindsets to disrupt patterns of inequity in their systems. Through the educators we served, we impacted the learning of over 420,000 students, over half of whom qualify for free or reduced lunch.
