Network Focus

In its third year of partnership, secondary principals are working together to understand what it means to deepen site-based collaboration, teacher leadership, and student instruction in the midst of a pandemic. This community of practice is leveraging the adult learning culture and practices they have normed over the last few years to engage in rigorous cycles of inquiry that create space for reflection and thought partnership so that leaders can plan with intention and understand the impact of their work.
