Building off a year of partnership with Network 2 principals, this group of elementary principals from six focal schools are in collaboration with SEL Lead Learners and the OUSD SEL Department.

In their third year of partnership, the Rudsdale Instructional Leadership Team is receiving 1:1 coaching and participating in the Lead by Learning Network to vision and plan for adult learning and collaboration at their site that supports adults and students to understand and apply the 4Cs: Collaboration, Creativity, Critical Thinking, and Communication.
In its eighth year of partnership, the Social Emotional Learning Group is a supported, structured space for the OUSD SEL Lead Learners to understand and refine their leadership of SEL integration at their school sites.
OUSD Visual and Performing Arts is building off previous years’ partnerships, they are supporting department leaders to build a culture of collaborative inquiry to support all of Oakland’s visual and performing arts teachers.
