ILT & Whole Staff School-Site Partnerships
While we often partner with entire districts, we sometimes partner with individual schools.
Our school-site partnerships provide the time, tools, and support for teachers and leaders to build a shared understanding of success for all learners.
Through facilitated learning, you’ll see shifts in your adult learning culture. Our partners have seen demonstrated improvement on teacher and leader experience and student outcomes.
Our partnerships are designed around four research-based elements of teacher professional learning:
Our school site partners can support whole school teacher learning or instructional leadership team leader learning to support department, grade level, or professional learning community (PLC) collaboration time. Key to our model is the role of teacher design partners. These positions take a leadership role in the design and leadership of our work together. Over time, they build their capacity to independently lead collaborative inquiry and sustain the learning culture in their schools and districts. All teacher leaders are invited to participate in our Teacher Leader Network to build community across all Lead by Learning partnership sites. These partnerships also include leadership/principal coaching and may include coaching for teachers and teachers leaders.

This program gives us a space to have deep, academic conversations about our practice. I feel less like it’s just me, alone in my room, trying to figure things out. I love knowing that there are teachers at my site that I can turn to when I need help thinking through what I’m trying to accomplish in my classroom. Hearing others’ perspectives on my work helps me to further my craft.
