Jennifer Ahn
Jennifer Ahn is the Executive Director of Lead by Learning, a professional learning center of Mills College at Northeastern University. She oversees strategy and development, fiscal performance, and organizational health, ensuring Lead by Learning provides deep, high quality professional learning to over 600 educators annually. Her work has been published in The Learning Professional and National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP), as well as featured by Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL) and various podcasts.
Jennifer began working at Lead by Learning in 2013 as a program associate. Over the last decade, she has worked across all aspects of the organization, creating frameworks, leading program innovation, and engaging in visibility efforts to increase impact. Previous to her work at Lead by Learning, Jennifer served as a high school English teacher, counselor, mentor, and coach, and received her B.A. in English and her M.A. in Education from UC Berkeley.
Jennifer’s career has been grounded in her belief that transformation and liberation happens through learning. When she is not working, Jennifer spends her time with her husband and two children, and enjoys reading, traveling, and trying new artistic pursuits.
