Network Focus

In its first year of partnership, the Alameda Unified Extended Team Learning Network–comprised of principals, assistant principals, instructional coaches, and intervention leads across the district–is engaging in site-based inquiry to understand what effective collaboration looks like and how to best shift instruction to be more culturally responsive and standards-based. This network provides leaders with routine opportunities to identify next steps by becoming learners themselves, focusing their attention on the needs of teachers and students at their site.
