During the 2025-26 school year, Lead by Learning was honored to partner with 200+ educators, coaches, site leaders, librarians, expanded learning leaders, and district leaders across 25 California districts. Together, we impacted the learning of over 200+ schools, 1700+ educators, and 250,000+ students, over half of whom qualify for free or reduced lunch.

Our 25 unique partnerships were designed to cultivate communities of adult learners who engage in collaborative inquiry practices and mindsets to disrupt patterns of inequity in their systems.
