In its first year of partnership, the instructional leadership team and principal of Walnut Creek Intermediate are using Public Learning to engage in collaborative inquiry about how to make grading systems more equitably and meaningful for all students and families.
In their first year of partnership, the leadership teams of the six Walnut Creek elementary schools are collaborating to build teacher leadership of grade-level collaboration at their sites. Each principal and teacher leader team is building shared understanding around priority goals for student learning; facilitating learning experiences for their grade-level colleagues connected to those goals; and analyzing those learning experiences to understand how to adapt their leadership in service of desired outcomes for students.
