Webinar: Strengthen Distributive Leadership – January 25th, 2024
Learn with and alongside Lead by Learning and our partners and build on your strengths in our 2023-24 Webinar Series.
We know distributive leadership supports school-wide and district-wide success through collaboration, teacher leadership, and shared accountability. However, moving from theory to practice can be sticky. What is the secret sauce to success? How are school and district leaders implementing distributive leadership structures that are transformational, not transactional?
This past year, Lead by Learning has been conducting research on distributive leadership to understand how systems can increase belonging, leadership, and competency across teammates at different levels within a system.
Join Lead by Learning and teacher and school leaders from across the Bay Area share about how they are strengthening their distributive leadership model. This webinar will explore Lead by Learning’s signature Design Team practice and its vital role in creating the conditions for collective decision-making, equity of voice, deconstruction of historic silos, and a culture of reciprocity.
