Learning Leadership Lab: 6-Week Small-Group Coaching Cohort for Site Leaders Managing Change
Leading through constant change is exhausting when you do it alone. The Learning Leadership Lab gives you a small cohort of role-alike leaders and a coach for six sessions of honest reflection, intentional strategy, and supported sensemaking about what’s shifting around you. Walk away with concrete next steps and a renewed connection to what matters to you most.
What Participants Gain:
By the end of the six weeks, you will:
- Sharpen your vision for your site — leave with renewed clarity on the vision you’re building toward, and language to bring others along with it.
- Strengthen the culture you’re creating — reflect on the climate you want for your staff and students, and identify concrete moves to build more trust and collaboration.
- Practice distributing leadership, not just carrying it — explore how to cultivate leadership in others so you’re not the only one holding the vision.
- Build a habit of reflective decision-making — use structured self-reflection to inform how you manage the people and priorities competing for your attention.
Session Logistics:
- Format: Six virtual sessions
- Session length: 90 minutes each session
- Dates: Wednesday or Thursday mornings between October 14 and December 17. Participant availability will be taken into account when finalizing cohort dates and times

Pricing:

Cancellation and payment policy:
You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund up to 30 days in advance of the program. If less than 30 days prior to the program, no refund will be provided.
