June 10, 2026 – Finish Strong, Start Stronger: Strategic Planning for Instructional Leaders
What if you could walk into next school year with a clear vision for the collaborative culture you want to build? Finish Strong, Start Stronger is a hands-on workshop designed for instructional and school leaders who want to take an honest look at what’s working in their staff culture of collaboration and what needs to shift to better serve student learning. Using Lead by Learning’s Leadership Assessment and Culture of Collaboration tools, you’ll uncover your leadership strengths, identify growth areas, and examine the collaborative dynamics at your site.
You’ll leave with the beginnings of a concrete action plan and next steps so you can hit the ground running in August with purpose, not panic. Plus, registration includes a follow-up 30-minute coaching session with Lead by Learning to support you as you put your plan into action. Don’t wait until August to wish you had started sooner — invest in your leadership and your team now.
Learning Outcomes:
- Using Lead by Learning’s Leadership Assessment tool, identify your leadership strengths and growth areas to reflect on this school year and inform your intentional planning for the year ahead.
- Grounded in Lead by Learning’s Culture of Collaboration Assessment, analyze the collaborative culture of your site by examining what is working, what needs to shift, and what you want to build to improve collaboration mindsets and practices for student learning.
- Begin drafting an action plan that outlines next steps for a strong start to the school year, including priorities for adult learning, staff dynamics, and collaborative structures at your site.
- Schedule a 30-minute coaching follow-up session with Lead by Learning before August 30, 2026 to return to and support the implementation of the action plan.
What to Expect:
This is a practice-based session where you’ll engage with frameworks and dive into your context and needs to immediately bring the learning back to your school and team. You’ll leave with concrete tools and a clear plan for the fall.
Who should enroll:
The intended audience is instructional leaders. This could be people who are instructional coaches, teachers on special assignment, teacher leaders, members of instructional leadership teams, assistant principals, principals, and even district leaders or county office leaders.
Cost:
