Annual Report

Every school year, Lead by Learning is honored to support educators across the PreK-12 system to reshape education systems to empower students and educators to be agents of change. 

During the 2024-25 school year, Lead by Learning partnered with 500+ educators, coaches, site leaders, librarians, expanded learning leaders, school psychologists, and district leaders in 2 states, across 12 districts, to impact the learning of over 600 schools, 25,000 educators, and 440,000 students. Our 30+ unique partnerships cultivated communities of adult learners who engaged in collaborative inquiry practices and mindsets to disrupt patterns of inequity in their systems.

Together, we fulfilled our mission to cultivate communities of adult learners who work toward educational equity through collaborative inquiry, collective efficacy, and shared action.
