2023-2024 Annual Report Highlights
Every school year, Lead by Learning is honored to support educators across the PreK-12 system to reshape education systems to empower students and educators to be agents of change. Together, we fulfill our mission to cultivate communities of adult learners who work toward educational equity through collaborative inquiry, collective efficacy, and shared action.
We look back at the last school year with admiration for the work of our partners and our team. Together, we have impacted 4 important areas of education:
- Improve Student Learning Through Adult Learning: Empowering those who work closest to students to drive continuous improvement
- A Whole-Child Approach to Education: Cultivating differentiated support and services to meet every child’s needs
- Equity Grounded in Anti-Racism: Centering equity efforts on building anti-racism in schools.
- Systems Change through Distributive Leadership: Developing leaders who operationalize a shared vision through collaboration and trust.
