In its second year of partnership, Tamalpais High School’s Lead Learners are using an inquiry framework to experience collaborative learning, reflect on that learning, and plan subsequent learning opportunities to support student success. Lead Learners are developing their collective capacity for adult learning, with a focus on design, facilitation, and adult coaching skills. Through teacher leadership, Lead Learners are supporting their colleagues school wide during collaboration time to use student learning data in order to center student voice, advance equity, and improve teaching.
