Network Focus

In its first year of partnership, the Alameda Unified ILT network brings together instructional leadership teams across the district to learn together and collaborate around adult learning and student goals. Being provided time off site, leaders and teachers have an opportunity to dig into student data in partnership as well as learn from other instructional leadership teams around the district about setting the conditions for adult learning and continuously improve in support of their site goals.
