Annual Report

Every school year, Lead by Learning is honored to support educators across the PreK-12 system to reshape education systems to empower students and educators to be agents of change. 

During the 2025-26 school year, Lead by Learning has partnered with 300+ educators, coaches, site leaders, librarians, speech pathologists, Expanded Learning leaders, district leaders, and education non-profit leaders across 25 districts in California, impacting the learning of over 200 schools, 1700+ educators, and 250,000 students. Our 25 unique partnerships cultivated communities of adult learners who engaged in collaborative inquiry practices and mindsets to disrupt patterns of inequity in their systems.

Together, we fulfilled our mission to cultivate communities of adult learners who work toward educational equity through collaborative inquiry, collective efficacy, and shared action.
