In its second year of partnership, Lincoln leaders are supporting adults across their site to cultivate the mindsets and skills that allow them to use data to better understand their learners’ experiences. Their goal is for all teachers to make informed shifts in instructional practice, understanding those shifts to be central to creating more equitable outcomes for students.
