We have a stronger belief than ever in the work that we do– now more than ever schools and district systems must consider the kind of adult learning culture that will accomplish the essential work of uncovering implicit bias and oppression, that acknowledges that learning is ultimately social and emotional, and that builds the kind of adaptive expertise in educators that the complex work of teaching requires.

The new Executive Director will manage the oversight of a small but mighty staff of veteran program leadership while also overseeing finance, operations and fund development. There will be opportunities for the new leader to be a visionary and plan for strategic growth to help the organization realize its ambition to serve as state leader in building leaders’ capacity to create the conditions for adults to learn together in service of more equitable learning opportunities for students.
